Since 2010, Caliplast is engaged in an innovative approach to sustainable development: the EcoResp program.
Beyond our commitment to the environment, which will culminate this year with our application for ISO 14001 certification, Ecoresp has several objectives and places men and women at the heart of this approach: it targets environmental issues (waste reduction, energy efficiency…); the social aspect and business growth (in particular through the customers’ participation in an eco-design).
Caliplast est partenaire industriel du projet européen Compolive qui vise à l'utilisation de biocomposites en fibre de noyaux d'olives. Andaltec pilote de ce projet, est un centre de recherche sur les matériaux thermoplastiques basé au coeur le la plus importante région au monde productrice d'huile d'olive.
Caliplast participe à ce projet en tant qu'industriel et sera chargé de promouvoir ce nouveau biocomposite sur le marché de l'aménagement intérieur. Les premiers démonstrateurs sont prévus en 2021.
En 2020 nous renouvelons notre certification ISO 9001 dans le domaine Etude et réalisation de pièces plastiques. Nos compétences ont été évalués et approuvées par QAS International, conformément aux systèmes de management, à la norme et aux lignes directrices.
