The Team

The CALIPLAST team is composed of 25 well-staffed, motivated and united people. Our efforts to keep cohesion in the team were awarded in November 2010 (we were indeed the prize-winner of the “Territorial Innovation prize” in Human Resources for the establishment of a social barometer).

The team spirit: the objective of CALIPLAST is challenge, like in a sport team everybody plays together and knows his own role. Exchanges and internal communication are the key factors for individual efficiency and business development.
Dynamism: Two simple examples: the turnover was multiplied by two in 10 years; at the same time we have made efforts on productivity and we have divided by two the share of direct workforce.
